Linesight is pleased to launch its latest Corporate Responsibility Report. Published in July 2026, the report sets out how the business is embedding responsibility across its people, governance and environmental practices as it continues to grow globally.
The latest report reflects Linesight’s approach to responsible growth and brings together progress across three core areas: People and Culture, Quality and Integrity, and Environmental Impact. It outlines how Linesight is strengthening the systems, capabilities and working practices that support long-term value for clients, colleagues and communities.
Key report outtakes include:
As Linesight continues to grow in scale and geographic reach, people and culture remain central to how the business delivers consistent quality, builds trust with clients and supports our people.
The report outlines progress in creating clearer career pathways, investing in learning and development, and supporting an inclusive culture where people can learn and grow. It also highlights Linesight’s continued focus on employee safety and well-being, including support for mental, physical and financial health.
The report sets out how strong governance continues to support quality, consistency and operational resilience across the business.
During the reporting year, Linesight maintained recognised ISO standards across quality, environmental management, occupational health and safety, and information security. Linesight also initiated a double materiality assessment to better understand the impacts, risks and opportunities across its activities and value chain. This work will help inform future strategy, targets and reporting, while supporting a more structured approach to responsible business.
Digital capability and business intelligence also continue to support clearer decision making, stronger oversight and more consistent delivery. Alongside this, Linesight is strengthening supplier engagement, with additional structure and controls across onboarding and management, including environmental criteria linked to wider sustainability priorities.
Environmental performance remains a key focus for Linesight as the business continues to strengthen how it measures, manages and reduces its impact.
During the reporting year, Linesight’s near-term emissions reduction targets were approved by the Science Based Targets initiative. These targets include a commitment to reduce absolute scope 1 and scope 2 emissions by 42% by 2030, from a 2023 base year.
Linesight also continues to match 100% of its electricity use with renewable energy certificates, while strengthening data quality across areas such as energy use, business travel and supplier activity. These measures reflect a practical, data-led approach to managing environmental impact and improving transparency.
The report highlights how responsibility is being embedded into the way Linesight works, supports its people and delivers for clients.
Through stronger systems, clearer accountability, digital capability, risk management and supplier engagement, Linesight is continuing to build the foundations for responsible growth. This approach supports long-term resilience across the business, while helping clients navigate increasing complexity with greater transparency and confidence.
Commenting on the launch of our report, Danielle Hurley, Global Sustainability Program Manager, said: “As we look ahead, we remain committed to acting with integrity as we continue to build on strong foundations, invest in capability and support long-term growth. By doing so, we will continue to support our people, reduce our environmental impact and deliver certainty for our clients in a way that reflects our values and commitments.”
