Our Corporate Responsibility Report outlines our approach to Quality & Safety leadership. This year, we advanced our long-standing safety culture with the launch of our Safety First program, which brings greater structure and visibility to how we support both physical and psychological wellbeing.
In 2024, we achieved a number of sustainability milestones. Our environmental footprint per employee has reduced, showing that we are becoming more efficient and environmentally focussed. 100% of our global operations are powered by renewable electricity.
To make this possible, we use Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), which are verified credits that guarantee the energy we consume comes from renewable sources like wind or solar. We’ve carefully selected RECs sourced from the regions where we operate, ensuring our actions directly benefit the local communities.
This report reflects how we approach responsibility in every part of our business. It brings together the ways we support our people, reduce our environmental impact, uphold strong governance and contribute to our communities. These are not separate from our day-to-day work. They are an integral part of how we lead, how we grow, and how we deliver.
