Linesight is celebrating the latest participants to complete our Women in Leadership Development programme, WiLD, reflecting our continued commitment to developing diverse and future-ready leadership across the organisation.
The European cohort concluded in May, with Daphne Paulus, Oksana Musyt and Natalia Gospodinova successfully completing the programme. The Americas cohort concluded in June, with Morag Murray, Jaymee Larrison, Michelle Rayburn, Aishwarya Kondapalli and Aileen Cu also completing the programme.
Designed and delivered in collaboration with Career Vision and Kennedy Insights, and supported by iMWomen, a division of Infrastructure Masons, the six-month hybrid programme combines leadership workshops, connection sessions, psychometric assessments and one-to-one coaching. It is designed to help participants strengthen their leadership voice, develop greater self-awareness and lead with confidence, authenticity and purpose.
For this year’s participants, the programme created space to reflect on individual leadership strengths, build trusted peer connections and consider how to contribute with greater clarity and intent.
Natalia Gospodinova, Associate Director at Linesight, shared: “WiLD strengthens the ability to lead with clarity and confidence in high-stakes project environments. It reinforces that strong leadership is not just about technical expertise, but about influence, decision-making and delivering measurable outcomes.”
Jaymee Larrison, Associate Director, Operations, at Linesight, added: “WiLD encouraged me to focus less on where I need to fit in and more on the value I bring. It provided practical insights that will continue to influence how I lead, contribute and support others.”
Our continued investment in leadership development is helping to strengthen Linesight’s talent pipeline, with women now representing 21% of senior roles and 40% of executive-level positions. This reflects sustained progress over recent years and reinforces our commitment to creating an inclusive environment where people can progress, lead and make a meaningful contribution.
Congratulations to Daphne, Oksana, Natalia, Morag, Jaymee, Michelle, Aishwarya and Aileen on completing the programme, and for their continued contribution to Linesight’s leadership depth, resilience and future readiness.
