Inhabit intends to deliver PRS homes at a prominent location in Manchester city center. The building will be the first in a number of developments which will form Inhabit’s residential PRS UK portfolio. The residential tower will include 327 high quality apartments with amenity space on the ground floor and rooftop. The building will be a distinctive feature in the city skyline, connecting the city center and the southern area.

Full cost management services are being provided by Linesight, from conception to contract award, through to practical completion of the works. A bespoke procurement strategy with a focus on risk mitigation was devised to deliver the project within our client’s programme & budget targets. We are working very closely with the rest of the design team to provide proactive strategic advice to achieve our client's brief. Our expertise in achieving key project deliverables in complex conditions has been critically important given the site footprint and adjacency to a major rail network.
