The Al Khozama Management Company is a leading developer and manager of luxury, hospitality, retail and commercial properties in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With its Al Faisaliah Mall in Riyadh, the client’s objective was to create an iconic, international landmark development that would create a unique and luxurious experience for the community and visitors, in line with the Government’s vision. Linesight has extensive global retail experience and was engaged as the Cost Manager on the redevelopment project.

Linesight involvement

Linesight provided Cost Management services on the unique and challenging Al Faisaliah development. The contract started with a US$53 million refurbishment of the renowned Al Faisaliah Mall, home to some of the world’s leading designer brands. The project involves the demolition of the adjacent Seyahiah and Al Khozama Centre buildings, the remodeling and upgrade of the existing mall, an extension of circa 16,000sq.m. of additional space and construction of a five-star luxury hotel enclosed by a cupola, which will serve as the focal point of this scheme.

Facilities

This lifestyle destination includes world-class retail, food and beverage facilities, commercial offices, residences, hotels, health facilities, cultural buildings and open spaces, all linked together with a cohesive masterplan to create integrated living, socializing and working.

The entire project is scheduled to be completed in three years.
