Linesight served as a strategic consultant to a confidential client for the delivery of a programme of projects across the United States and Canada. The projects varied from location to location but were all biotech-related, including filling lines and gene therapy projects. Services provided included Project Controls, Programme Management services, Capital Procurement, and Supply Chain support.
As a start-up, the client had an immature governance structure in place to enable the effective management and governance of multiple projects. Our team partnered with the client at an early stage to develop an effective governance and reporting structure to manage project outcomes and mitigate associated risks.
