Linesight were appointed as project managers for a comprehensive technical due diligence for a 50 acre land parcel, in Noida, Delhi NCR, India which was intended for developing a data centre park

Linesight was actively involved in selecting suitable design consultants to conduct the due diligence and subsequently coordinated with these consultants, providing close oversight of their deliverables. The scope included physical site inspections, sample geotechnical surveys, a review of local permitting processes, and a detailed technical report on the suitability of the plot of land.

The study evaluated site suitability across geotechnical, environmental, regulatory and infrastructure parameters.

Greater Noida, part of the NCR region, is emerging as a major data centre hub, driven by strong connectivity, government incentives and the availability of large land parcels. The site is 400 m from the Yamuna Expressway, 10 km from the nearest metro station and in proximity to major data centre operators.

Linesight’s approach and methodology

Linesight deployed a team led by a senior project manager to oversee the consultants’ progress and deliverables.

We conducted weekly meetings, reported issues to our client in advance and took a proactive approach to managing the output in a timely and effective way. This included site visits, geotechnical surveys using CPT tests, airflow and flood analysis, topographical surveys, and benchmarking against TIA-942 standards.
