Linesight provided Cost Management from commencement through to completion for the construction of a three-storey Primary Care Centre, incorporating the HSE primary care teams, GP surgery and some retail units at ground floor level.
The design and build contract included a pre-cast concrete structure over three floors to accommodate the HSE facility including specialist treatment rooms and consultation areas. The facility achieved an A rated BER.
