Linesight has been supporting our clients, Ronan Group Real Estate and Lioncor in the creation of a detailed masterplan for this large scale project. The current plan includes approximately 3,700 residential units, and 92,900+ m2 of commercial space, which will be a mix of flexible office types and a 228-room landmark hotel tower.

Located on Sandymount strand at the foot of the Poolbeg peninsula, the Glass Bottle site represents a vibrant new destination for living, working, and enjoying the very best of Dublin city.

Linesight is currently providing full cost management services for phase 1A and phase 1B, which will consist of the first 894 residential units, a crèche and retail space.

  • Linesight worked closely with the client, project team and contractor to find cost-saving solutions via substantial value engineering, to lower the tender amount to an acceptable and viable level for the client
