Linesight is providing Cost, Schedule, and Project Management services on eight separate projects for a leading pharmaceutical client.

The projects vary from location to location but broadly consist of laboratory space, manufacturing facilities, warehouse space, and administrative buildings. The client already has a significant portfolio of existing facilities, and work includes upgrades/tenant improvements of existing facilities and new construction.
