Linesight partnered with this client on the comprehensive restack and refurbishment of their French headquarters, enhancing workspace efficiency and modernising executive suites, all while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Located in Place Vendôme, Paris, the project totalled over 3,700 sqm in size with the buildings accommodating general offices, trader offices, executive suites, and data rooms. The refurbishment focused on increasing desk capacity and upgrading executive suites for senior management.
This project was carried out in a live environment, therefore to minimise disruption, the works were divided into three phases. For each phase, staff were moved from their current location to a “swing space” in order for the area to be refurbished.
A “design to cost” approach was adopted to ensure strict budget management. Additionally, noise was carefully monitored to maintain a functional working environment.
