This premium development includes 393 units over 2 blocks of up to 7 floor levels and includes reception area, cafe, gym, multimedia room, roof top terraces and other communal areas. The development is centred around two courtyards with supporting communal facilities, basement car-parking as well as 24-hour concierge services.

The project involved complex interfaces with a number of infrastructure and utility providers, not least the construction of part of the BTR development over an existing Irish Water pumping station, and works adjacent to the LUAS Line.
