The development is centred around two courtyards with supporting communal facilities, basement car-parking as well as 24-hour concierge services.

The project involved complex interfaces with a number of infrastructure and utility providers, not least the construction of part of the BTR development over an existing Irish Water pumping station, and works adjacent to the LUAS Line.
