Wells Fargo’s regional office campus in Las Colinas sets a new benchmark for workplace design in North Texas. Spanning 23 acres, the development features two 10-story office towers totalling 850,000 square feet, along with a 4,000-car parking garage covering 1.2 million square feet. This state-of-the-art facility offers a workplace that integrates sustainability, wellness, and innovation.
Linesight provided Cost Management, Project Management and Scheduling services, ensuring seamless stakeholder coordination across all phases of the project. The scope of work covered all aspects of core and shell construction as well as interior fit-out, beginning early in the design phase and continuing through to substantial completion.
The campus is designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification and Net Positive Energy. Solar panels installed on both buildings, the dining terrace, and the garage generate a 5% energy surplus. The campus also incorporates advanced sustainability features such as grey water collection, and storm water is diverted to Lake Carolyn rather than disposed of as sewage. WELL building features are embedded throughout, offering access to natural light, glare control via dynamic glass, and carbon accounting measures to reduce embodied carbon during design and construction.
Complementing its environmental credentials, the campus is thoughtfully designed to enhance the employee experience. Amenities include barista-style coffee stations, a world-class food hall with open-view cooking, a lakeside dining area overlooking Lake Carolyn, and a dedicated library space. Wellness is a key focus of the campus, with amenities including gyms offering remote classes, a dedicated cycling studio, nearby walking and biking trails, and access to four local golf courses, creating a dynamic and health-oriented workplace environment.
