Reporting to the Head of Finance – Americas, the Senior Finance Analyst will play a key role in the financial & commercial management of the Americas region. 

 

The role will partner with the business on finance matters including financial analysis, forecasting and bidding.  This is an exciting role that will involve regular interaction with business leaders and provide excellent opportunities for career development in a rapidly growing region. 

 

The successful candidate will be finance professional with the technical and interpersonal skills to gain the trust of the senior management and business partners. The role will require commercial acumen and the ability to communicate to and influence stakeholders from across the business. 


In this role you will: 

  • Assist in the monthly accounts cycle, reviewing financials to ensure accuracy and understanding of results: Detailed earnings review; Variance Analysis of Revenue and Costs; WIP Analysis; Debtors Analysis; and Prepare monthly Management Review Presentation 
  • Forecasting – Share insights and provide clarity to the business on forecasting including: Monthly Revenue forecast; Salesforce Pipeline analysis; Resource Cost Forecasting; Weekly Cashflow forecasting; and Support annual Budgeting and long range Forecast process;  
  • Provide ad hoc commercial analysis support: Partner with the business on bids, business plans, tenders; Contract Reviews; and Job Profitability/Utilisation Review  

We would love to hear from you if you:  

  • Are CPA qualified with 5+ years experience in audit/accounting/analysis 
  • Have experience working within a multicurrency environment   
  • Are an experience user of Microsoft Excel  
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused  
  • Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment  
  • Thrive in a hands-on environment focusing on innovation, resourcefulness, and velocity  
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun 

 

The salary offered for this role is between $90,000 and $120,000 but actual salary offered is based on experience, education and skills
