Congratulations to the 16 professionals across Europe and the Americas who have successfully completed this year’s Project Controls Pathway programmes.
Combining structured learning with practical application, the regional programmes help participants deepen their technical expertise across core project controls disciplines while applying their learning to live projects.
Delivered over 10 months, the pathway comprises a structured series of modules supported by virtual workshops and practical learning. As part of each module, participants are expected to complete individual assignments and contribute to team-based project exercises, enabling them to develop and apply their project controls expertise in a real-world context alongside their day-to-day responsibilities.
In Europe, six participants successfully completed this year’s pathway: Albert Lanzaco, Amy Horsford, David Benson, Lee Walsh, Mikail Jordaan, and Saja AlKhamissi.
In the Americas, 10 participants completed a programme covering project initiation, risk and change management, estimating, procurement, planning and scheduling, cost control, commissioning and project closeout.
Alongside virtual learning and practical assignments, participants attended collaborative workshops led by industry experts. In-person sessions were also held in San Francisco, Phoenix, Dallas and New York, creating opportunities to exchange experiences, strengthen professional networks and apply their learning to real project challenges.
The Americas graduates are Allison Pham, Alex Serna, Omar Otrok, David Nguyen, Blanca Maldonado, Victor Putter, Allison Haflett, Sarah Donovan, Darshan Nagda and Lorcan McParland.
Natalia Gospodinova, Associate Director, Cost Management and Europe Programme Sponsor, commented:
“Since launching in September 2023, the Project Controls Pathway has played an important role in how we develop our people at Linesight. Having completed the programme myself, I have seen directly how it can deepen project controls expertise, improve how we challenge data and support more confident decision-making across cost and programme delivery.
“It is great to see this year’s graduates already making an impact in their markets. The global consistency of the programme creates a shared approach to project controls across the business, helping us deliver stronger and more predictable outcomes for our clients.”
Padraig Leahy, Vice President, Americas and Americas Programme Sponsor, added:
“The Project Controls Pathway reflects our commitment to bringing out the absolute best in our people and helping everyone develop their skills. Over the past year, this group has shown fantastic dedication and a real willingness to put their shoulders to the wheel, all while managing their day-to-day project responsibilities.
“It has been brilliant to see their confidence and capabilities come on in leaps and bounds. I look forward to seeing them apply these skills to deliver even better results for our clients and teams.”
Congratulations to all 16 graduates. Your continued development strengthens our global project controls capability and the value we deliver for clients.
