Global construction consultancy, Linesight, today announced four strategic leadership appointments in a significant move that highlights its unwavering commitment to leadership excellence and innovative client solutions. The announcement comes at a time that the organisation is experiencing significant growth, particularly across its key sectors of data centres, life sciences and high-tech industrial.
The appointments are designed to further enhance capabilities, expand service offerings, supercharge business digital transformation, provide enhanced service offerings and elevate client experience.
Joining as Vice President, Global Supply Chain Management, is Derek McNamara, who brings a significant domain expertise and experience spanning over 25 years across a diverse range of industry sectors. Derek previously held roles as Head of Data Centre Upgrades for EMEA and Supply Chain Operations Manager at Google, and his appointment is pivotal in empowering the team to deliver Linesight’s vision for enhancements and innovations in supply chain management solutions.
Steve Braden steps into the role of Vice President, Digital Products, to lead Linesight’s digital product strategy by leveraging his extensive background in the technology industry. Having held tenures at Vodafone, Virgin Media O2, Iron Mountain and AtlasEdge, his expertise is expected to play a critical role in shaping the future of digital innovation within the organisation, and positioning Linesight at the forefront of the industry in this regard.
Meanwhile, in recognition of her outstanding leadership and exemplary management of large-scale projects across multiple countries, Kim Hegarty has been promoted to Senior Director, Europe. Kim's promotion reflects her remarkable contribution to Linesight since initially joining over 20 years ago, whereby she has consistently delivered optimal value and outcomes for world-leading clients.
Finally, Claire O'Broin has been promoted to the role of Director – Global Brand, focusing strategically on elevating and amplifying the Linesight brand globally. Having joined Linesight in 2016, her remit will include enhancing brand engagement and visibility
across all company touchpoints, including its external presence, employer branding and internal communications.
