Linesight Sydney volunteers at Our Big Kitchen

The Linesight Sydney team took some time last Friday, 26th July, to give back to the community. Working with Our Big Kitchen (OBK), which is a community run, non-denominational, industrial kitchen, the team prepared and packed meals for distribution to those in need across Sydney. 

OBK aims to nourish, educate, empower and support people in need, which it does through through food rescue. The charity works closely with organizations like SecondBite and Foodbank, to minimize food waste and turn fresh produce into a home cooked meal. 

​The team prepared an impressive 150 hot meals, before baking bread and cookies to go along with those, and packing it all up for distribution to the homeless people of Sydney.
