Linesight recently participated in the AGNI Aspire 2024 Conference, a notable annual symposium in Mumbai, hosted by the Association of Global NICMARians and NICMAR University. This event convened industry leaders to explore the latest trends and opportunities in India's infrastructure and real estate sectors.

Representing Linesight at the event were Sunjaay Athanki, Director, and Ameya Gumaste, Executive Director and Country Head, India. Their active participation in networking and panel discussions facilitated valuable interactions with respected thought leaders, enhancing our presence in the Indian market.

With extensive experience in delivering diverse projects across complex sectors in India, Linesight boasts deep market understanding and local expertise. Following the conference, Ameya Gumaste, a panellist in the ‘Managing Project Complexities - Changing Landscape of Project Delivery’ discussion, shared his key insights and learnings, which are summarised below:

  • Leading by example: Emphasising the importance of exemplary leadership in fostering a culture of excellence for successful project delivery.
  • Accountability and positive behaviour: Highlighting the need for accountability and positive team dynamics as essential elements for project success.
  • Solution-driven approach: Advocating for a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to effectively tackle project challenges.

In addition, Sunjaay engaged in an insightful conversation as the moderator of the panel discussion on ‘Decarbonisation of CRIP Industry – Perspectives from stakeholders’, where they covered best practices, trends and opportunities in the industry.

Both sessions were well received by a diverse audience of junior, senior and C-suite professionals, which underscores the relevance and impact of our discussions in today's dynamic industry landscape.
