The EXO Building named a winner at the International Architecture Awards 2019

The EXO Building in Dublin, on which Linesight is providing Cost Management, as well as Health and Safety services, has been named a winner at the prestigious International Architecture Awards 2019. It was the only Irish project to feature and was recognized in the Commercial category.

The major commercial development is due to be completed in 2020, and sits on the eastern side of Point Square, an emerging civic quarter in Dublin. Taking its name from its large-scale exoskeleton steel structure, the development stands at 17 stories high and is raised at ground level by approximately 8m. This will be complemented by an adjacent 10.5m high cubic glazed bar and restaurant. Targeting a Building Energy Rating of A3, LEED Gold certification and Wired Platinum certification, the development will constitute workspace for in excess of 1,950 people, with a 1,000sq.m. roof garden.
