Linesight is proud to celebrate Valeria Sevilla, LATAM Design Manager, who has been selected to participate in the Santander Global SW50 programme at the London School of Econom ics and Political Science.
Delivered by Santander in partnership with LSE, SW50 is a global leadership initiative for women in senior roles. The programme supports participants in strengthening their leadership style, expanding international networks and increasing the visibility of women in business.
Valeria was initially recognised as one of the 50 women leaders selected for SW50 Uruguay. She has now progressed to the global programme, where LSE selects 50 women from across participating countries for advanced leadership development in London.
Her selection reflects the impact she is making across Linesight and the wider construction industry. An architect by training, Valeria has built an international career spanning the Middle East and Latin America. Today, she leads the delivery of hyperscale data center projects across Latin America, bringing clarity, confidence and technical expertise to complex programmes in one of Linesight’s fastest-growing sectors.
“Being selected for Santander Global SW50 is a real honour, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn alongside women leaders from around the world,” said Valeria. “Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work across different regions, sectors and cultures, and that experience has shaped how I lead today. I’m looking forward to bringing new perspectives back to my work at Linesight and continuing to support greater visibility for women in construction and leadership.”
