Linesight is providing Cost Management, Scheduling and Project Controls services for a laboratory and office facility expansion for a global Life Sciences client based in the UK. The expansion will help address laboratory and office constraints in the current facility.

The facility includes a two-storey 3,200 sq.m laboratory and office building based on the client’s workplace playbook. Sustainability is a key factor in the delivery of this programme and is targetting a BREEAM and Leed Platinum Certification for energy and sustainability.

Our team tracked the progress of design, procurement and construction works effectively, to provide the client with live and accurate data on upcoming decision deadlines, with recommendations on the associated risks/rewards relating to those decisions.
