The new ‘North Quarter’ in Ballymun is a mixed-use development consisting of retail, services, purpose-built student accommodation, licensed discount food store, retail, café units and commercial offices, as well as a series of positive public spaces.

The retail unit will extend to GIA of 2,563sq.m, while the commercial office space will be 1,372sq.m with 127 car parking spaces, 388 secure bicycle parking spots, and both hard and soft landscaping.
