Linesight is providing Cost Management services and Procurement support to a global sports retailer client, supporting their national retail program rollout of over 150 stores, with a target of 500 stores.
The program consist of remodeling existing stores and bringing them to our client’s global standards, as well as retrofitting other stores, not originally fit out for sports retail, ensuring all store elements are upgraded and standardized.
