New Life Sciences Research and Development Center

Linesight is serving as Owner’s Representative to a confidential client, providing Project Management, Design Management, and Scheduling services for the construction of a new 500,000 square-foot R&D campus.

This new campus will help consolidate the client’s various R&D units under one roof and accelerate collaboration amongst the company’s research teams. The building features a five-story indoor atrium. It is part of a two million-square-foot complex featuring various amenities such as an organic eatery, wellness, and fitness center.

Value-add

• Deliver an integrated project schedule to ensure that our client’s (the tenant) requirements are incorporated correctly within the landlord’s design and construction program. Specific requirements include ensuring that the building adheres to specifications for sound and vibration, loading deck height, exhaust and extraction, redundancies, and humidification.
• Review and resolve issues with the lease agreement and provide our client with leverage for negotiations.
