Linesight is providing Project Management, Cost Management, and Planning and Scheduling services throughout every stage of development of this new state of the art workplace campus. Located on 23 acres, this lakefront property comprises of two 8-story buildings and a parking garage. The project encompasses a wide range of tasks, including site enhancements like infill track construction and geo-technical considerations, the establishment of new utilities, building construction from the ground-up, the installation of solar panels, and the implementation of utility infrastructure.
With a focus on sustainability, the project is dedicated to achieving LEED Platinum certification and Net Positive Energy status, while also incorporating WELL attributes. Once complete, the campus is expected to generate more energy than it uses, while also providing a collaborative environment that prioritizes employee wellness and productivity.
