In this role you will:

  • Assist with the management of AP (accounts payable) service desk, responding to and/or routing inquiries and AP invoices accordingly
  • Code, enter and process AP invoices from suppliers and subcontractors, and follow up to make sure the invoices are in approved status
  • Process and maintain requisitions and POs within AP invoices to reach workflow approval statues which will allow the invoices to be paid
  • Audit Employee expenses and corporate card expenses making sure employees adhere to the Travel and Expense Policy
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks, such as creating reports, obtaining monthly approvals for credit card charges, following up with outstanding expenses and maintaining various spreadsheets
  • Other Accounts Payable adhoc duties where required i.e. Oracle testing, Maintaining PO Approval Matrix, Documenting and updating AP process notes
  • Support the wider Finance team by assisting in any AP related queries 

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience working in an accounts payable or finance role, with ideally at least 8 years experience
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Master of Commerce 
  • Are highly reliable, detail-oriented, and quality focused, with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines.
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.
  • Are comfortable with varied working hours to support our global business (regular working hours 11am to 8pm IST, during training and month end working hours 2pm to 11pm IST)
