In this role you will:
Manage project change logs, ensuring updates are tracked accurately and in a timely manner
Support cash flow management activities and review GC invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
Oversee and coordinate the Go Live checklist, partnering with both construction and operations teams
Prepare and draft monthly internal project status reports (GFR)
Participate in QAQC walks and support follow-up actions
Conduct validation at L2+L3 stages prior to commissioning activities
Provide support for punch list management and follow-up
Track and monitor commissioning issues through the Facility Grid (Cx issues tracker)
Assist with OFCI equipment coordination
(Stretch goal) Act as a coordinator for Methods of Procedure (MOP) and Change Requests (CR)
We would love to hear from you if you:
Bring 3–5 years of applicable project experience, ideally as a contingent worker
Have worked with a General Contractor (GC), Electrical Contractor (EC), Mechanical Contractor (MC), or Owner’s team
Have experience with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and construction drawings
Are familiar with electrical line-ups and commissioning processes
Excel in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
Are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving and coordination
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
