Assistant Project Manager

In this role you will:
- Provide administrative and functional support to Owner’s Representatives, Project Controls, and Program Management teams across multiple projects.
- Assist in project delivery by coordinating planning, scheduling, and execution of concurrent workstreams.
- Attend key meetings, take minutes, track action items, and drive follow-ups to completion.
- Manage project documentation systems, shared folders, and workflows (including E-Builder) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support project controls, including capital planning, master scheduling, and monthly executive reporting on status, risks, budget, and quality.
- Coordinate communication between client, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to align on progress and next steps.
- Monitor onsite progress through field walks, ensuring safe practices, tracking critical activities, and addressing delays or variations.
- Assist with cost management processes, including invoice reviews, purchase order closeouts, and cost tracking.
- Manage site operations, including contractor onboarding, access control, visitor coordination, and general administrative support.
