As an Associate Director at Linesight, you will lead highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. You will build on your vast industry experience which will open doors for you, extend your skillset and expand your perspective. We will empower, support, and enable you to take real responsibility in your role so that you can take charge of your career progression with us. You will be mentored and supported by industry leaders and given the tools to grow. You will also be involved in and contribute to our business strategy as we continue to evolve. For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive risk management plans for major capital construction projects.

  • Conduct and facilitate QRA workshops, including Monte Carlo simulations, to evaluate project cost and schedule risks.

  • Partner with project controls, engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams to ensure integrated risk management.

  • Translate technical data into clear, persuasive insights for executive and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain risk registers; monitor and report on risk exposure and mitigation progress throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Foster a culture of risk awareness, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project risks and opportunities.

  • Guide internal and external stakeholders through complex risk scenarios with clarity and confidence.

  • Provide mentoring and support to junior risk professionals and promote continuous improvement.

  • Apply your wealth of risk management experience to achieve all project deliverables within contract performance measures
  • Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership
  • Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Proven experience in risk management within large, complex construction or capital projects.

  • Sector experience in data centers, life sciences, high-tech, or commercial construction.

  • Deep expertise in Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) and running different scenarios and using tools such as @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, or similar.

  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills — you can confidently lead meetings and workshops, even with senior or challenging stakeholders.

  • Able to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for a range of audiences.

  • A strategic thinker with a practical mindset — able to balance risk, opportunity, and commercial drivers.

Relevant degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; risk or project management certifications (e.g., PMI-RMP, APM Risk)

  • Have strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
