As a Commercial Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. You will take ownership of contract and cost management for a high-profile semiconductor project in Taiwan, ensuring commercial success from pre-contract through to final account. In this role you will:
Lead full lifecycle cost management services from feasibility through to final account agreement
Develop and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts
Provide accurate and timely commercial reporting to clients and stakeholders
Monitor project costs to identify risks, variances, and opportunities
Administer contracts in line with project requirements and local Taiwanese regulations
Lead procurement strategy, tendering, bid evaluation, and contract award processes
Manage change control, variations, and claims, ensuring robust documentation and negotiation
Support dispute avoidance and resolution through proactive contract management
Partner with project and client teams to drive commercial performance and value
Ensure alignment with project timelines, delivery strategies, and quality expectations
Support decision-making with data-driven commercial insights
Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
Provide commercial leadership across multidisciplinary teams
Ensure clear communication of risks, opportunities, and commercial outcomes
Ensure adherence to Linesight procedures and professional standards
Maintain high levels of transparency, accuracy, and accountability
Support audit processes and ensure robust commercial controls are in place
