In this role you will:

  • Support sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier prequalification, RFP processes and market analysis.
  • Assist in drafting and administering construction contracts, NDAs and Statements of Work (SOWs) using approved client templates.
  • Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, deliverables and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Support commercial discussions with suppliers and assist in resolving contractual issues and non-compliance.
  • Partner with Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Cost Management, Engineering, Construction and Project Management teams.
  • Identify commercial risks and drive continuous improvement across supplier and contract performance.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Have experience in contract management within large-scale construction, engineering or semiconductor projects.
  • Have worked for an owner, EPC, consultancy or general contractor delivering complex capital projects.
  • Have experience negotiating contracts covering construction services, engineering, materials or equipment installation.
  • Possess a strong understanding of construction contracts, commercial terms and procurement processes.
  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Are highly organised with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Have experience using contract management systems and commercial tools.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
