The opportunity

As a Digital Project Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, supporting the successful delivery of large-scale data centre projects. You will play a key role in leading digital coordination across project and campus level, ensuring integration, quality, and alignment with client standards.

In this role you will provide:

 

Onboarding Support

  • AE and Vendor Onboarding: Facilitate kick-off meetings, present relevant slides, and guide AEs, vendors, and Specialist Contractors through Digital processes, workflows, and owner requirements.
  • BEP & DSV Management: Collaborate with all project partners to ensure the Building Execution Plan (BEP) is reviewed, updated and approved pre IFC. Develop, update and manage BEP & DSV (Digital Setting Out & Verification) Proposal post IFC.

Digital Management & Compliance

  • Digital Requirements: Manage and monitor the A/E's adherence to Digital requirements. 
  • Forma Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Forma, issues, manage permissions, and utilize tools like issue templates, project checklists, and RFIs.
  • Model Quality Control: Conduct bi-weekly model QC checks and model health checks using pre-approved tools and BIM Interoperability Tools.
  • Clash Detection: Establish and manage the internal clash detection process to track model coordination.

Progress Tracking & Reporting

  • Meetings: Attend all relevant project meetings and act as the first point of contact for relevant digital issues, escalating unresolved items to the Client.
  • Data Management: Oversee CMMS data population and monitor the progression of interface points and key milestones.
  • Dashboard Management: Maintain and utilize the Digital Project Portfolio and other summary dashboards for daily progress monitoring.
  • Risk & Escalation: Attend Risk & Escalation (E2E) meetings with relevant dashboard data to highlight and resolve Digital-related risks.

Close Out

  • Supervise close-out procedures, verify the compliance of as-built models using SPC scans, and ensure all model submission plans are executed and approved.
