In this role you will: 

  • Consolidate team action items and track their completion
  • Monitor project timelines with a rigorous focus on meeting deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards for all deliverables. 
  • Utilize SharpCloud and other presentation tools to visualize project data and provide clear, high-level overviews for leadership. 
  • Act as the primary maintainer for our web presence, using WordPress to ensure all content and marketing materials are current and accurate. 
  • Maintain and update project pipelines and business documentation within JIRA (Atlassian), ensuring that project statuses are current and that documentation remains organized and accessible. 
  • Create, update, and manage high-impact communication and marketing materials, with primary expertise in MS suites. 
  • Manage and tailor different versions of presentation materials to suit diverse audiences, ensuring the message is effectively calibrated for every stakeholder. 
  • Coordinate the flow of marketing collateral, ensuring all team members have access to the latest approved versions of project documentation. 
  • Ensure imported data is accurate, working with partners to validate and update if necessary
  • Support development and updates of monthly reporting
  • Support vendor program, including pipeline, contracts, and onboarding

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have advanced experience with MS Powerpoint as well as technical proficiency with WordPress, SharpCloud, and PowerBI
  • ​Are highly organized and can prioritize tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines
  • Enjoy collecting and interpreting data, analysing results & creating automated reports for stakeholder review
  • Have experience using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics
  • Have worked closely with stakeholders in gathering requirements, performing analysis and delivering complex analysis to support strategic business decisions.
