In this role you will:

  • Translate detailed technical financial data into impactful information for partners and clients
  • Create, maintain and present compelling reports
  • Review data quality across the schedule each week, including cost and cash flow data related to client's construction program 
  • Provide data validation support to the client's internal programmers and act as point of contact for the automation and dashboard development initiatives
  • Gain additional insights into overall business performance and drive executive communication/ decision making
  • Partner with site teams to complete root-cause analysis of variances and trends
  • Coordinate the change management process on site together with team
  • Generate monthly construction program reports, including data consolidation and analysis, trend reporting and automation initiatives 
  • Organizing workshops and events
  • Support manager with ad-hoc analysis and project work

 

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Enjoy understanding trends and seeking anomalies in financial data related to hyperscale construction projects
  • Experience in Construction Industry is essential, and able to perform work as required on project sites
  • Have experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, etc.) as well as advanced Excel skills
  • Have intermediate working experience with SQL or similar
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including development of presentations and written reports
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
