In this role you will: 

  • Oversee HSE compliance for all water treatment plant works, including civil, mechanical, and process installations.
  • Identify and mitigate high-risk activities during excavation, tank installation, piping, and commissioning phases.
  • Develop and implement safety strategies tailored to WTP operations within a hyperscale data center.
  • Conduct independent audits and inspections of WTP construction and commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Collaborate with contractors and project teams to enforce best-in-class safety practices.
  • Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective/preventive measures are implemented effectively.
  • Act as a visible safety leader onsite, promoting a proactive safety culture among all stakeholders.

We would love to hear from you if you:  

  • Proven experience in HSE supervision for water treatment plants or similar process systems on large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of WTP construction methodologies and associated safety risks.
  • Familiarity with international safety standards and local regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
