In this role you will:

  • Lead the integration of all telecoms, network and low-voltage technical infrastructure into the construction phase of a datacentre, ensuring seamless coordination with civil, structural and MEP works.

  • Oversee the planning and delivery of key integration packages, including pathways, containment, cabling, BMS interfaces and associated building fabric requirements.

  • Consolidate and validate all project close-out documentation, ensuring compliance with client expectations and obtaining full approval for handover.

  • Partner closely with design consultants, general contractors and specialist subcontractors to review feasibility, buildability and integration impacts across the construction lifecycle.

  • Support and drive the commissioning and handover plan, ensuring all documentation, testing evidence and certifications are delivered accurately and on time.

  • Identify and manage scope, programme dependencies and critical sequencing across multiple trades to achieve a fully coordinated datacentre environment.

  • Ensure contractors establish, implement and continuously monitor best-in-class safety practices and site procedures.

  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners to ensure capacity, infrastructure readiness and integration milestones are achieved to budget and to programme.


We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Bring a degree or equivalent experience in construction project management, engineering or a related technical field.

  • Have demonstrable experience delivering integration or technical infrastructure projects within datacentres, large-scale commercial builds or highly serviced environments.

  • Understand the interfaces between telecoms, networks, BMS, MEP systems and the built environment, and can translate technical requirements into construction deliverables.

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can drive your own priorities while navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.

  • Build strong relationships through clear communication, shared objectives and a collaborative, positive approach.
