In this role you will 

  • Build project schedules that capture the full scope, milestones, and timelines using the critical path method (CPM).
  • Ensure clear responsibility and ownership of all project deliverables are defined through a robust Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners to achieve the best possible client outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates on schedule progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure the schedule aligns with the overall project execution plan, including contracting, procurement, and project controls strateg

We would love to hear from you if you 

  • Have 8+ years of experience as a Scheduler or Lead Scheduler, with strong expertise in program‑level scheduling.
  • Bring demonstrated experience in Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) and can confidently interpret and communicate risk findings to stakeholders.
  • Have the ability to challenge developer‑provided schedules and drive clarity, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Ideally have experience in data center construction, although strong schedulers from other complex, technical programs will also be considered.
  • Are detail‑oriented, quality‑focused, and capable of managing schedules across multiple workstreams.
  • Hold a degree (or equivalent experience) in project management, construction, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Are fully proficient in Primavera P6.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.

 

The salary range for this role is between $126,000 and $164,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education.
