The Individual:

The Linesight Learning & Development Intern is an enthusiastic, proactive individual who will work closely with the L&D (Learning & Development) team and collaborate with the wider P&OD (People & Organisation Development) function to support the delivery of impactful development initiatives across the organisation. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment, contributing to both strategic projects and day-to-day operations that enhance employee growth and engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

As a L&D Intern, you will gain exposure to a broad range of activities, including:

  • Helping to manage and maintain learning records and reporting through our Learning Management System (Cornerstone).
  • Supporting the roll-out of mandatory and compliance-related training, including tracking completions and follow-ups.
  • Assisting with feedback collection and analysis to help evaluate programme effectiveness.
  • Supporting the coordination and delivery of learning programmes, workshops, and webinars.
  • Assisting with the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging introduction to the organisation.
  • Contributing to the design and development of learning materials and resources.
  • Collaborating with the wider P&OD team on cross-functional initiatives and process improvements as and when required.
  • Participating in key L&D and P&OD projects, gaining exposure to strategic planning and execution.
  • Engaging in internal training sessions aimed at developing your own professional skills.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as required.

  • A genuine interest in Learning & Development and a passion for helping others grow is essential.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Creative thinking and a willingness to contribute ideas.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
