Linesight is seeking a Senior Project Manager specialized in Extra Low Voltage and Liquid Cooling Systems to join our culturally diverse and high-performing team. This is a critical site-based leadership role requiring a candidate who bridges the gap between sophisticated ELV control logic and mechanical liquid cooling hardware.

You will not only oversee the execution of designed systems but will serve as the primary technical authority on-site to identify design discrepancies, manage the Request for Information lifecycle, and ensure the seamless integration of high-density cooling solutions within the broader facility infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex construction, integration, and infrastructure deployment projects, with a strong focus on ELV systems, structured cabling, and technical fitout.-

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from site planning, vendor coordination, and installation oversight, through to testing, commissioning, and handover.

  • Drive alignment across general contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders through regular progress reporting, risk tracking, and issue escalation.

  • Develop and deliver standardised training for internal teams and vendors on installation processes, ELV system configuration, cable standards, safety requirements, and downstream commissioning impacts.

  • Oversee the site-based execution of ELV work packages, ensuring alignment with the master project schedule.

  • Oversee the physical integration of Liquid Cooling Systems (e.g., CDUs, secondary loops, and manifold telemetry) into the facility’s monitoring framework.

  • Support onsite execution during critical build phases, ensuring work is completed safely, to specification, and within schedule—while maintaining quality control and clear documentation.-

  • Create and maintain project documentation, including method statements, installation storyboards, redline drawings, commissioning plans, and milestone trackers.-

  • Partner closely with engineering, operations, construction management, supply chain, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery across all project phases.

  • Ensure all field installations strictly adhere to Issued for Construction drawings and project

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics) or Construction Management.

  • Minimum 8–10 years in Project Management within the MEP/ELV sector, with a proven track record in high-density Data Centers or industrial environments.

  • Advanced understanding of ELV architecture and its intersection with mechanical fluid dynamics.

  • Hands-on familiarity with liquid cooling components (Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Leak Detection Cables).

  • Mastery of construction documentation, specifically P&IDs, SLDs, and Revit-based site layouts.

  • Have experience working in missioncritical environments (e.g., data centers, industrial facilities, or large-scale commercial builds).-

  • Excel in a dynamic environment where you manage your own priorities, deadlines, and onsite activities.-

  • Thrive on building strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and clients, and enjoy a culture of shared purpose, teamwork, and openness.
