As a Quality & Commissioning Lead at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. This role blends strong project management capability with technical commissioning oversight, making you a critical driver of project readiness and operational excellence.


In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for the overall management and coordination of offsite and
    onsite quality and commissioning activities in-line with client specifications
    and local regulations. Lead weekly project Quality and Commissioning progress meetings
  • Develop, implement and maintain an efficient and effective quality
    management plan that ensures the quality requirements of the project are
    planned, managed and reported.
  • Ensure that clients specifications are formally communicated to all service
    providers and equipment manufacturers.
  • Ensure that all quality stakeholders are trained and aware of the Quality
    documentation submittal requirements and processes.
  • Establish and oversee effective benchmarking first of a kind process.
  • Manage and coordinate onsite inspections amongst key stakeholders,
    resident engineers and local authorities.
  • Perform periodic internal and external auditing of the projects supply chain
    and delivery partners to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate the daily inspection and testing activities with all project
    stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage an issue/defect management process and a Non
    Conformity Report (NCR) process.
  • Drive the Commissioning tagging completion process.
  • Maintain a strong onsite presence to assess progress, surface issues early,
    and reinforce safe work practices. Champion a culture of safety and compliance across all Commissioning and
    Quality activities.
  • Gather and implement a robust lessons learned and lessons applied
    programme.

We Would Love to Hear From You If You:

  • Have proven experience managing commissioning or quality activities on a data centre or similarly complex technical construction project.
  • Possess direct experience in QC and / or commissioning MEP (mechanical,electrical, and plumbing) equipment.
  • Have experience with construction and commissioning scheduling
  • Have a degree or equivalent experience in project management, engineering, construction, or a related technical discipline.
  • Are currently living or looking to move to Farciennes (you must have the legal right to work already).
  • Are detail‑oriented with a strong passion for quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently—both verbally and in writing.
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with teams and clients through openness, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose (and fun!).
