Reporting to the Director of Finance – Americas, the Senior Finance Analyst will play a key role in the financial & commercial management of the Americas region.

 

The Senior Finance Analyst will partner with the business on finance matters including financial analysis, forecasting and bidding. This is an exciting role that will involve regular interaction with business leaders and provide excellent opportunities for career development.

 

The successful candidate will be finance professional with the technical and interpersonal skills to gain trust and respect from the senior management, line management and business partners. The role will require commercial acumen and the ability to communicate to and influence stakeholders from across the business.

 


In this role you will: 

  • Lead and manage the monthly revenue review process, delivering insights and updates to the Americas Leadership Team.
  • Monitor and optimize regional working capital performance, with a focus on unbilled revenue and accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate closely with the Financial Reporting team to develop a thorough understanding of financial performance across countries and the region.
  • Support commercial decision-making by providing ad hoc analysis for bids, tenders, business plans, contract reviews, and job profitability/utilization assessments.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and financial targets.
  • Prepare and present monthly management reports, providing actionable insights to senior leadership across the Americas.

We would love to hear from you if you:  

  • Be CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with a background in audit, accounting, or financial analysis.
  • Have experience working in a multi-currency environment.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Be highly organized, with a structured approach to record-keeping and documentation.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Be comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced setting that values innovation, agility, and practical problem-solving.
  • Be results-driven, self-motivated, and adept at building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

The salary range for this role is between $95,000 and $115,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education.
