This role requires an experienced product leader who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution while fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams.

In this role you will:

  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog using the RICE framework and other value-based decision-making methodologies.
  • Lead product discovery, requirements gathering, and definition of epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Build strong relationships with business, technology, and leadership stakeholders, driving alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage delivery planning, team capacity, and sprint execution to ensure predictable and successful outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across the product portfolio.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), stakeholder sign-off, and release readiness activities.
  • Govern scope, change requests, and delivery commitments to maintain quality, timelines, and business value.
  •  Provide regular reporting on roadmap progress, delivery performance, risks, and key business outcomes.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and delivery metrics to measure product success and team performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospective insights, performance analysis, and Agile best practices.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and customer-centric decision making.
