In this role you will:

  • Manage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard
  • Oversee and coordinate electrical LV/MV installations and systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project requirements
  • Monitor day-to-day site activities, including electrical works, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues related to progress, quality, and safety
  • Assist in completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation — including electrical testing, commissioning, and certification (LV/MV systems) — is completed on time and to quality expectations
  • Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress across all disciplines, with particular attention to safe installation and operation of electrical systems
  • Coordinate with client teams, consultants, and contractors on snagging activities, including electrical LV/MV punch lists, schedules, and stakeholder engagement
  • Identify issues proactively, including risks related to electrical infrastructure and power distribution, and work with the team to resolve them effectively
  • Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to drive improvements, including those related to electrical scope delivery and commissioning
  • Ensure project procedures are followed, including compliance with electrical standards, regulations, and safety protocols
  • Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on problem solving, and communicate impacts to stakeholders, including electrical milestones and risks
  • Review proposed variations and delays in the works, including those affecting electrical LV/MV systems and interfaces with other trades

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • +10 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager.Have project management experience, ideally including electrical (LV/MV) infrastructure or building services
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in project management, construction, electrical engineering, or a related discipline
  • Hold a project management professional certification (or are working towards one — we can support you)
  • Have a solid understanding of LV/MV electrical systems, installation practices, and commissioning processes
  • Are detail-oriented and quality-focused
  • Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through shared purpose, openness, and a positive attitude

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually, with video required.
