• Lead the end-to-end integration strategy across projects or project phases, embedding telecoms, network and low-voltage infrastructure from early design through commissioning and operational readiness
• Own integration governance, standards and delivery methodology, establishing repeatable processes across programmes and ensuring consistent implementation by project teams and contractors
• Direct planning and delivery of complex integration packages including pathways, containment, structured cabling, fibre backbones, BMS interfaces and smart building systems aligned to critical path milestones
• Act as the primary integration authority between client stakeholders, design teams, contractors and vendors, resolving technical conflicts and driving coordinated decisions
• Provide leadership and mentorship to integration managers and wider project teams, offering technical guidance and escalation support
• Lead constructability and sequencing workshops ensuring technical infrastructure requirements are incorporated into civil, structural and MEP works at the correct stages
• Oversee commissioning readiness, validation strategy and handover acceptance criteria to enable smooth operational takeover
• Drive risk management and dependency tracking across multiple trades and vendors, mitigating impacts to energisation, connectivity and operational readiness
• Review commercial impacts of integration decisions and support change management, value engineering and recovery strategies
• Ensure contractors implement and maintain best-in-class safety culture across integration activities
• Provide senior stakeholder reporting on integration readiness, programme risks and delivery performance
• Have extensive experience delivering integration within mission-critical environments such as data centres or highly serviced infrastructure projects
• Demonstrate strong technical understanding of telecoms, fibre, network infrastructure, BMS and their interaction with building systems
• Have experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple contractors across complex delivery programmes
• Are confident influencing senior stakeholders, resolving conflicts and driving decisions in fast-moving project environments
• Understand commissioning, operational readiness and handover requirements for mission-critical facilities
• Communicate clearly and build trusted relationships across client, consultant and contractor organisations
