  • Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process maps.
  • Lead and support testing efforts including test script development, UAT planning, defect tracking, and sign‑off coordination.

End‑User Training & Adoption

  • Own the creation, maintenance, and governance of Salesforce training materials and documentation.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and demos tailored to various user personas.
  • Drive user adoption by sharing best practices, tips, and personalized guidance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key business teams and champion a culture of Salesforce excellence.

Salesforce Configuration & Development (Declarative)

  • Build and maintain declarative solutions including Flows, validation rules, custom fields, page layouts, and automation tools.
  • Create and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytics for actionable insights.
  • Support configuration updates and work collaboratively with senior developers for more complex development or integrations.

CPQ Support

  • Assist with CPQ tasks such as product catalogue updates, pricing configuration, and bundle maintenance.
  • Help troubleshoot CPQ issues and optimize configuration to support quoting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Participate in CPQ enhancement initiatives (training provided if needed).
