In this role you will:
• Data collection, validation, analysis and maintenance of project data from various sources
• Data cleansing to standardise data output to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Preparation of visualisation and data dashboards to support project reporting and decision making
• Analyse project data to identify trends, variances and areas for improvement
• The ability to create a weekly web analytics report to analyse site usage
• Engagement with key partner teams to understand their current methods of supply chain cost,
schedule and risk report and then help establish a reportable data source
• Establishing an automated reporting system to generate snapshot reports at client agreed periods
• Work closely and collaborate with client teams to understand their data analytical and performance
reporting requirements and deliverables
We would love to hear from you if you:
• Have grown your experience over 3 years in a supply chain or data analyst role within a data centre
or construction environment
• Have demonstrated experience implementing data dashboards and performance reports
• Have a comprehensive understanding of data analytical requirements within the construction
industry
• Have successfully performed data collection, cleansing and analysis of cost, schedule and risk data in
other roles
• Have a Bachelor’s degree or a professional qualification in a supply chain, data analysis or supply
chain management related discipline
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
• Are enthusiastic about being part of a global team, and able to flex your hours to engage across
regions and time zones
• Have excellent IT skills
• Adapt to new processes with agility and enthusiasm
• Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
