In this role you will:​

  • Review and screen CVs against role requirements

  • Conduct initial phone or video pre-screen interviews to assess candidate suitability, motivation and communication skills

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple APAC time zones, including scheduling with candidates, hiring managers and interview panels

  • Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams through excellent process and systems knowledge

  • Work in partnership with the talent acquisition partners to focus on quality candidate selection - from sourcing and screening to short lists and interviews

  • Cultivate a diverse range of local and international candidates with creative use of recruitment channels and tools

  • Apply your strong attention to detail to maintaining dashboards and recruitment system data

We would love to hear from you if you:​

  • Have prior experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, ideally at least 2-3 years in a similar role 

  • Enjoy partnering with hiring teams to understand business needs, manage expectations, and hire quality candidates 

  • Have excellent experience working within LinkedIn recruiter and ATS systems

  • Are highly organised, detail oriented and quality focused

  • Are able to build effective working relationships across different countries, cultures and time zones 
  • Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment

  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
