Senior Projektleiter (m/f/d) - Clean room Construction
The opportunity
Deine Aufgaben
- Übernahme einer sichtbaren Führungsrolle auf der Baustelle mit besonderem Fokus auf Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität und Projektfortschritt
- Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Auftraggebern, Fachplanern, Beratern und ausführenden Unternehmen
- Steuerung und Überwachung sämtlicher Mängelmanagement- und Abnahmeaktivitäten
- Proaktive Identifikation von Projektrisiken und Herausforderungen sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Lösungsansätze
- Implementierung, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Projektprozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden
- Leitung und Moderation wichtiger Projektmeetings sowie transparente Kommunikation von Fortschritten, Risiken und Auswirkungen an alle Projektbeteiligten
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung vereinbarter Projektstandards, Verfahren und Qualitätsanforderungen
- Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Projekten hinsichtlich Kosten, Terminen, Qualität und Sicherheit
Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Bauprojekten, idealerweise im Bereich Reinraumbau, Pharma, Life Sciences oder High-Tech-Facilities
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Projektmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung bzw. eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z. B. PMP, PRINCE2 oder vergleichbar) von Vorteil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Steuerung komplexer Bauprojekte
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und hohe Detailorientierung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Projektpartnern
- Gültige Arbeits- und Aufenthaltserlaubnis für Deutschland erforderlich
