Linesight established a secondary review system to ensure that cost controls for accurate payment assessments were in place throughout the duration of the project. We conducted a secondary assessment of the costs, which involved procurement, change management and final account reviews. The team also delivered a comprehensive cost report with findings and recommendations to help deliver the project within budget.

In addition, our team reviewed the client’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance to governance requirements, such as anti-bribery and corruption, discrimination and environmental clauses.
