Linesight is serving as construction consultant in the rehabilitation of the existing viaduct structure at a major train terminal. The project encompasses a complex sequence of work, including the replacement of the train shed leading to the main terminal, which surrounds and links to the new global headquarters of a leading financial services company. The project also features the construction of a new mall adjacent to the terminal building. 

The scope of work includes replacing the roadway stringers along with extensive repairs to the road and sidewalk. Additionally, repairs have been conducted on the girders and columns beneath the stringers. These tasks are being executed in close coordination with the construction of the new headquarters building, ensuring that both projects adhere to the budget and schedule. Linesight is providing Project Management and Cost Management services through all phases of the project.
